Elizabeth joined Quantum during the beginning stages of the company's establishment. Working together with Larry Groll, Quantum's President and Dean Cohen, Vice-President, Liz helped develop and create Quantum Storage Systems and the products they manufacture. After many years of developing Quantum's multiple divisions, Elizabeth is now focused on our rapidly growing Healthcare Division.

Rachel joined Quantum Medical in 2015 as a proud Graduate of the University of Georgia. Her interest in space planning, hospital construction and client relationships makes her a valuable asset to the team. She excels in organization and design. Born and raised in Champaign, IL, Rachel has settled back home there with her family.

Julie joined Quantum Medical in August 2018. She brings 19 years of sales experience with 12 of those in healthcare sales, as an Account Manager in the furniture and storage industry, along with a Regional Sales Director in Healthcare technology. Julie is well versed in listening to the client's needs, translating both clinical and non-clinical needs into the built environment and finding the right product whether the solution be furniture, storage or technology.

Betty, a Senior Project Manager, joined Quantum Medical in 2019. Her diversified healthcare development, project management and medical equipment planning knowledge complements the Quantum team. Betty believes excellent client service is lending her professional expertise to help clients solve problems in a way that is collaborative and creative. Betty enjoys spending time with friends, going to concerts, and being entertained by her rescued mini goldendoodle Maclin.

As our lead CAD engineer, Joe's expertise in the needs and requirements within healthcare are unprecedented. Over twenty years of experience ensures that Quantum continually offers our customers the best solutions, meeting all regulatory and healthcare mandates.

Lauren Fredette joins Quantum Medical as a Project Manager, bringing a strong background in medical equipment planning and project management. With experience spanning both the healthcare and hospitality industries, Lauren excels at coordinating complex projects, managing detailed scopes, and ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. She is passionate about creating efficient, well-designed environments that improve end-user experiences and operational outcomes. Outside of work, Lauren is an avid scuba diver and proud dog mom to two energetic pups, keeping her just as busy on land and underwater. She is excited to leverage her expertise to support Quantum Medical’s mission and deliver exceptional results for clients nationwide.

Chris joined Quantum in July 2016 to help develop the non-acute team across the nation. His previous experience was with a GPO as a Regional VP in the non-acute space for almost 5 years. Prior to that, Chris was in both the pharmaceutical and biotech industries in a variety of different roles over 15 years. He is the proud father of 2 boys and resides in Tampa, FL.

Taylor joined Quantum Medical in May of 2021. Born & raised in Franklin, TN, she graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Hotel, Restaurant, & Tourism Management. She brings over 10 years of Sales/Event Planning experience to this role. Taylor is a highly organized/detail oriented person. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hanging with her family/friends, embroidering projects, & snuggling with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/Poodle Mix, Lila.

Jessica's passions outside of work include children's ministry, reading and journaling. Jessica's extensive product knowledge and ability to solve difficult issues rounds out our team of experts perfectly.

Jaimee was born and raised in Southern California, but has lived in Nashville since 2006. She is a mom of 3 beautiful children and 1 crazy dog. She has 7 years of various medical experience from being the first face a patient sees to behind the scenes. She enjoys planning events and baking and has become quite good at decorating cakes. When she’s not working, you can catch her at the baseball fields, spending time with her family, and reading.

Ryan joined our team in December of 2019. Born and raised in Pulaski, Tennessee, he graduated from Tennessee College of Applied Technology with a degree in CAD Drafting and Design. He brings 8 years of experience in design and throughput, as well as managing projects with thoroughness and attention to detail. When not working, Ryan enjoys fishing, fixing up vehicles, or taking in a good movie or TV show.

Russia was born and raised in Brownsville, Texas but has lived in TN since 2019. She graduated from Bethel University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and was a collegiate runner. With that, she has great values in teamwork and problem solving. Outside of work, she spends her time reading, listening to music, and spending time with her best friend.

She has 4 fur babies including 2 dogs, 1 cat, and 1 guinea pig. Outside of work, she loves fishing, reading, and watching most sports games, but especially the Titans.

She was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. She is a stepmom of 5 beautiful children and very blessed with 6 grandchildren, she enjoys spending time with and spoiling them. Outside of work she enjoys sporting events and party planning.
